Please follow the new protocols for managing students in your Assigned Course:
- Student Upload (Requirement)
If you are uploading a CSV for your assigned sections, you MUST use the New Template.
- Required Column: student_personal_email
- Purpose: You must input the student's personal email here. Without this, you cannot generate their iLearn or School Email credentials.
- Sending Access (Your Assigned Sections)
Access is not automatic. You must trigger it for your specific sections:
- Navigate to your Assigned Section List.
- Click ACCESS > Verify the list.
- Click RESET ALL CREDENTIAL.
- This will email the login details to the students under your supervision.
- Approving ID Photos
You are responsible for moderating ID photos for your assigned courses:
- Check your dashboard for "Pending Approval" from your students.
- Approve or Reject the photo.
- The system will automatically email your student the result.
- Institutional Email Generation (Step-by-Step)
Once the student list is verified, perform these exact steps:
- Go to Section List and click the INSTITUTIONAL EMAIL button.
- Click GENERATE to create the data.
- Export to CSV and upload it to the Google Admin Dashboard.
- Return to iLearn and click SET EMAIL AS UPLOADED to confirm the external upload is finished.
- Only then will the SEND CREDENTIAL button appear. Click it to email the new School Email details to the students.
